Target Company Profile
We invest only in healthcare companies with the following criteria:
- Must have integrity in operational management with well-documented insurance and operational processes to support growth.
- Unique service offerings with predictable cash generating results over time.
- Ability to be dominant in the service within the chosen region.
- Upon start-up, HealthVest Group to be the largest single investor to start with rights of first refusal for additional capital either in loan or equity investments.
- Solid financial management experience.

- Prior relationship within our group with the operators of the portfolio companies.
- Services that both partner with and/or cut-across traditional healthcare barriers such that it can be a "collaborative disruptor" ie - shake up the traditional pathways of treatment without removing other players, but by partnering with them or win-win-win.
- Consistency in reporting and communication.
Target Return Profile
Our financial metrics for investments must meet following criteria:
- Medium-to-High Growth within a respective region
- Cash generating so investors and founders may participate together as the business becomes successful along the way.
- Solid exit potential in 3-5 years in private sale or buy-out.
- Target minimum ROI potential of 10-15X in total returns per opportunity.
